Time, location & what to bring is all discussed at the consultation. A reminder text is sent a night before the session just in case you may have missed any finer details. All sounds pretty good? Fitness Reboot’s Group Fitness Classes are all custom made by us. Yes there may be a few similar exercises to other group fitness classes, but nothing comes close to what we deliver at our classes.
Our program is designed to be tough, challenging & will get you to push your boundaries BUT at your own fitness level. We as trainers understand that everyone can’t be the same fitness level, but if we can encourage you to push a little more, the person winning there is yourself!
A reminder Text will be sent the night before, stating timing and choice of venue (dependant of weather)
What to bring is quite simple, yourself & a sweat towel. We supply water & fresh fruit to refuel you after training.

Kickboxing Group Fitness
Fitness Reboot’s Kickboxing classes is a high-energy workout that will challenges your mind but strengthens your body.
Our Kickboxing Classes It is an extremely effective class for burning body fat utilising effective punching, striking and kicking techniques. This classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and skill. Your kicks and punches are practised on free-standing kickboxing bags and gloves/pads.
